Endodontics is the branch of dentistry concerned with root canal treatments, and that's exactly what our practice is based around. Our mission is to give you the option of saving infected, damaged or otherwise compromised teeth instead of removing them, preserving your natural smile.
We appreciate that this can be a daunting and uncomfortable prospect, which is why we put patient comfort first and strive to make your visit to our practice a positive and stress-free experience.

There's no denying that ‘root canal' is an intimidating name for a straightforward process. The intention of a root canal is to remove a damaged or infected dental pulp before filling it with filler and, in doing so, save the tooth.
Thanks to advances in modern dentistry, our state-of-the-art technology and years of experience in this field, root canals are completely painless.
Our endodontist in Doncaster, Dr Rejto, is experienced in a range of endodontic procedures ranging from standard root canals to more substantial apical surgeries.
You can find out more about the various types of endodontic root canal treatments we regularly carry out here.

Abbie achieved her Level 3 Dental Nursing qualification in 2020, and is currently continuing her dental nursing studies by completing some extended qualifications. These include minor oral surgery, fluoride varnish, plaque recording and dental impressions. During your time at the practice, some of these treatments might be completed by Abbie herself.
While Abbie's main area of professional interest is minor oral surgery, she also has a keen interest in root canal treatments.
Abbie joined AR Endodontics in July 2023, and as a full-time member of the practice you will see her at most of your appointments.
Debbie started dental nursing in 1983 and qualified as a dental surgery assistant in 1986 at Cardiff Dental School. She then went on to qualify as a Dental Hygienist in 1983 from Manchester Dental School.
Debbie brings her many years of practical experience to the fore at the practice by undertaking dental compliance and infection control lead.
Debbie is passionate about helping improve the patient's oral health and, from that, their general health and self-esteem.
Rebecca qualified as a dental nurse in 2012. Since then, she has nursed for a range of dental procedures ranging from simple checkups to cosmetic bridges and crowns to more substantial root canal treatments.
Her favourite treatment is new patient checkups, as it gives her an opportunity to meet new people and discuss their dental history and what their expectation for the treatment will be.
She finds immense professional satisfaction in following treatment plans through to the very end and seeing the patient's reaction to what are often life-changing results.
Whether you're here as a self-referral or via your usual dentist and whatever procedure you require, our friendly endodontic practice welcomes you with open arms.
